Returns, damage replacement & delivery

No refunds

Artistic Creationz does not offer refunds.

Damaged deliveries

We will replace artwork damaged during delivery. You must notify us of the damage within 15 days of receiving your order.

Contact Neal & Liz to report delivery damage and arrange your replacement. Include your order number and a description of the damage; photographs of the artwork and packaging help us understand the issue.

Normal turnaround

Our normal order turnaround is 7–10 business days. If your artwork is for a gift, event or installation deadline, contact us before ordering to confirm the schedule for your piece.

Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping charges and applicable tax depend on your delivery address. Slate and special sizes may require a studio delivery quote.
