Your privacy.
Thoughtfully considered.

Who we are and how to contact us
Artistic Creationz is the fine-art photography business of Neal Nachman and Liz Stokes. For a privacy question or request, email neal@artisticcreationz.com. Please do not email passwords, full payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.
Information you choose to provide
When you contact us, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, selected photograph, print size, wall or project details, and any contact information you provide. We use it to respond, provide advice and manage your inquiry.
If you create an account, we use your account information to provide access, manage your preferences and associate saved artwork with your account. An order can include your contact information, billing and delivery addresses, photographs and product options, quantities, prices, shipping charges, tax, payment status and order history. We use this information to process and support your order, prepare your artwork, arrange delivery and maintain business records.
Payments and sales tax
Stripe processes card-payment information through its payment interface. Our website receives payment-related information needed to manage an order, such as payment status and the limited payment-method details Stripe provides. Full card details are not stored in our website’s order records. If you choose to save a payment method, it is stored by Stripe for the purposes explained in the payment interface.
Stripe Tax processes the address and order information needed to calculate applicable tax. You can read more about Stripe’s handling of information in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Cookies, your bag and browser preferences
The website uses cookies and similar browser storage for functions such as sign-in, security, remembering your bag and keeping your preferences. Blocking or clearing this storage may remove a guest’s saved artwork or bag, sign you out, or prevent parts of the shopping experience from working.
Guest favorites and recently viewed artwork are remembered in the browser being used. The recent-artwork controls let you clear the list or pause remembering photographs. When you sign in, account favorites are stored with your account so they can be available when you return on another device. Guest favorites can be merged into the account during sign-in.
Our hosting and website services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver, maintain and protect the website.
Your own room photographs
The view-on-wall tool processes a room photograph in your browser. That tool does not upload the room photograph to our server. An exported room preview is saved to your device; if you choose to send that preview to us, we receive the information you share.
Shared artwork selections
If you create a share link for saved artwork, anyone who has that link can view the shared selection of photographs. The shared selection does not display your account email or the private name of your wish list. A link expires after 30 days and can be revoked earlier through the saved-artwork controls. Sharing a link does not prevent someone from keeping a copy or screenshot of the photographs they can view.
Email choices
Creating an account or saving artwork does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails. If you choose to receive our photography news or other marketing communications, you can use the unsubscribe link in those messages or contact us to change your preference. We may still send messages needed to administer your account, respond to an inquiry, support an order or handle a privacy request.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers for website hosting, email, security, payment processing and tax calculation. They process information needed to provide those services. When we ship an order, we provide the carrier with the contact and delivery information needed to deliver it.
The delivery-price calculator used for supported prints receives print-size identifiers, quantities and a destination zone. The website does not send it your name, email, street address, payment details or artwork files to obtain that price.
We may also disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, resolve a dispute or protect the rights and security of our customers and business. Links to another website take you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Keeping information and responding to requests
We keep information for the purposes described in this policy, including supporting orders and accounts, maintaining required transaction and tax records, responding to requests and resolving disputes. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed or a deletion request is made. Copies may remain in existing backups after removal from active systems.
You can review and update information available in your account. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will review the request and explain if information must be retained for a business, legal or security reason.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and our services change. The updated version and its revision date will be posted on this page.
